FEI Quanta 200 ESEM
The FEI Quanta 200 Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope is an environmental scanning electron microscope with the capability of elemental analysis (EDS) and x-ray mapping along with conventional SEM imaging. The instrument can be operated at variable pressure mode (low vacuum) and hydrated specimens can be viewed without much specimen preparation. The microscope has secondary and a back scattered electron detectors, an EDAX EDS detector, heating and cooling stages. The resolution of the microscope is 3.0-4.00nm at 30kV. This microscope has a fully automated stage and a large specimen chamber.
